Please be aware that our food is prepared in a small kitchen that handles gluten (wheat), milk, eggs, soy, nuts (cashew), peanuts, celery, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, mustard, sulphites and sesame. Who are we?
There’s 2 of us running the food truck. We live here in Saxmundham.
Aof (pronounced Off) moved to Sax 3 years ago from Thailand with husband Robbie and daughters Cee and Leona. She is the head chef. She has worked as a chef in Thailand, from a street stall in Bangkok to running a takeaway service during covid.
Behind the scenes is local lad Robbie who grew up in Thorpeness. He will help Aof in the van and try not to eat all of the profits.
The Thai Saxmundham will be based permanently in Fromus Square.
