Please note - we are a small van cooking each dish to order. During busy times there may be a wait for food. Don’t want to wait? You can reserve a collection time in advance and let us know the order on the day of collection.

We do our best to prevent cross contamination of allergens, however due to the size of the food truck and the fact all food is prepared on site, we cannot guarantee each dish does not contain traces of an allergen. Any serious allergies please discuss with our chefs before ordering.

Who are we?

There’s 2 of us running the food truck. We live here in Saxmundham.

Aof (pronounced Off) moved to Sax 3 years ago from Thailand with husband Robbie and daughters Cee and Leona. She is the head chef. She has worked as a chef in Thailand, from a street stall in Bangkok to running a takeaway service during covid.

Behind the scenes is local lad Robbie who grew up in Thorpeness. He will help Aof in the van and try not to eat all of the profits.

The Thai Saxmundham will be based permanently in Fromus Square.
